1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixel-free first-party analytics events. In this policy, "cookies" refers to all of these.

2. Categories we use

3. Specific cookies we set

  • sb-*-auth-token — strictly necessary. Authenticated session.
  • theme — functional. Stores light/dark preference.
  • sntr_sid — analytics. Anonymous session identifier for first-party event aggregation.
  • cookie_consent — strictly necessary. Records your consent choice and version.
  • ref — functional. Stores a referral code so the originating creator is credited if you subscribe.

No advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies are set by Santoram.

4. Third parties

We do not embed third-party advertising or social trackers. The only third party that may set cookies in connection with the Service is Stripe, used solely to process subscriptions. Stripe's cookie usage is described in the Stripe Cookies Policy.

5. Your choices

You can accept, reject, or change your analytics consent at any time using the cookie banner or by clearing the cookie_consent entry in your browser. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may prevent some features (sign-in, theme memory) from working.

6. Retention

Strictly necessary cookies last only as long as your session or until you sign out. Functional and consent cookies persist for up to 12 months. Analytics events are retained for up to 24 months in aggregate form.

7. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, law, or our practices. Material changes will be announced in-product. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
